Service terms

A clear framework for individually scoped engagements.

Last updated: 16 October 2026. These pages describe our services; a signed service agreement determines the terms of any engagement.

Scope and fees

Services are not an all-inclusive package. Deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and access permissions must be agreed in writing. Advertising spend, marketplace charges, and third-party production costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients must have authority to grant access and provide accurate product and business information. Clients retain responsibility for product compliance, purchasing decisions, account policies, and approval of material changes.

Ownership and access

Clients retain ownership of their marketplace accounts and existing assets. Access must be authorized and limited to the agreed work. Any ownership or licensing terms for newly created materials are set out in the service agreement.

Independent provider

Denova Ventures is an independent consultancy. We do not represent, operate, or speak for any marketplace and do not imply platform sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.

Results and platform decisions

Performance depends on products, pricing, competition, stock availability, and platform rules. Rankings, sales, advertising returns, account reinstatement, and developer access approval are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality and data

Confidentiality, data processing, retention, and security obligations must be documented in the service agreement before client account data is accessed. The website privacy policy covers initial enquiries.

Changes, cancellation, and disputes

Scope changes, payment terms, cancellation rights, liability, and dispute resolution must be agreed in the signed service agreement. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.
